Report from IFIP WC5.4 in Harbin, China: Computer-Aided Innovation
Great trip to China for the Computer-Aided Innovation Conference. After 2 months of restoration following the disastrous hacks, it is back, and it has been really terrific hearing from TRIZ Journal fans all over the world.
Congratulations to the organizers of the conference for an excellent experience. About 40 international visitors mixed easily with the Chinese faculty and students. I met people from at least 10 universities, both from the Harbin area and from distant locations, all of whom are studying both TRIZ and other innnovation systems. The next session will be 2011 in Strasbourg, France. Start planning now.
